Brandy made from Apricot from Valais (Switzerland) and other regions of Europe. 8 kg of Apricot are necessary to produce a 70cl bottle. The strength and the taste are only coming from the fruit through the fermentation and distillation process. No sugar is added. This brandy is intense and fruity. It is served chilled as shot or digestive, mixed with grapefruit lemonade as a long drink or mixed with apricot juice for a cocktail. Very interesting in a dessert to flavour an apricot sorbet or a vanilla ice cream.
